Phihong’s POE240U is a 4-Port midspan injector. It is fully compliant to the IEEE802.3af standards. This midspan injector can fully provide 15.4W per port over Cat5/Cat5e/Cat6 cables into 10/100/1000 BaseT systems, eliminating the need for power management and prioritization.
This midspan is available as an optional Cisco legacy detection, without the need of an external dongle. It is also available as an optional NIC interface, with a Phihong graphical user interface (GUI) for diagnostics or remote control.
